Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship New Zealand-wide, plus Australia and Asia. Aussie and Asian orders go by DHL Express. We don't currently ship to the USA, Canada or Europe, but if you're stuck, flick us an email at sales@footballcentral.co.nz and we'll try to sort a custom quote. One thing to note: our couriers can't deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag, so please give us a physical address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For ex-stock gear that doesn't need branding, we do our best to dispatch same day on orders placed before 2pm. From there:

  • NZ metro: usually overnight
  • NZ rural: 2 to 4 days from dispatch
  • Australia (DHL): 3 to 7 days from dispatch

Anything that needs printing, embroidery or a club logo takes longer (see Personalisation below).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is generally a flat rate based on where your order is being shipped to. However, we do have some 'oversized' product that incurs a heavier shipping fee due to the higher volumetric weight.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, and it's free. Choose pick-up at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready to collect from our Porirua store.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched we'll email you the tracking details. If it hasn't shown up in the expected window, email sales@footballcentral.co.nz and we'll run a track and trace. Please report a missing order within 30 days of placing it.

Personalisation & Printing

How long does personalisation take?

Please budget up to 10 business days for anything personalised. Got a deadline, like a kid's birthday or a big game? Email us at sales@footballcentral.co.nz and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What personalisation and printing do you offer?

Three services:

  • Jersey printing, both authentic (official player-issue) and our standard service, for names and numbers
  • Embroidery for any logo
  • Supacolour Transfer, the world's best transfer, for printed logos

Not sure which suits your gear? Just ask.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

No. Anything with personalisation added (name, number, initials, badges or logos) can't be returned or exchanged, so please double-check your size and spelling before ordering. If you're unsure on sizing, email us first and we'll give you a hand.

Can you print on a jersey I already own?

Yes. We can add names, numbers or logos to gear you supply. Note there's an application fee on top of the print cost when we work on an item you already own. Email us at sales@footballcentral.co.nz with what you've got and what you're after.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your returns policy?

If you're not happy, you've got 30 days from purchase to return an item for a refund, exchange, repair or store credit. It needs to be unused, in original condition, with packaging and shop tags, and you'll need your receipt or order number. A couple of things can't be returned: personalised items, and socks (hygiene reasons). Faulty gear is different, we'll repair, refund or exchange within 90 days with proof of purchase. Can I get a refund on sale items?

Sale items can't be refunded, but you can exchange them or take store credit as a gift card. Full-price items can be refunded, exchanged, repaired or credited.

How do I start a return?

Fill in our Return & Exchange Form, then mail or courier the clean, unused item to Football Central, Unit 1, 3 Raiha Street, Elsdon, Porirua 5022. Return postage is on you, and for exchanges a courier fee applies to send the new item out. We'll email you once it arrives to confirm it's approved.

Products & Authenticity

Are your products authentic?

Yes, 100%. We're official stockists of all the big brands, Nike, adidas, Puma, New Balance, Mizuno, Umbro and more, alongside our own FC range. No fakes, ever.

How do I know what size to order?

Most of our product pages have a size chart, so check there first. If you're still not sure, email us at sales@footballcentral.co.nz and we'll give you hands-on advice. This matters most for personalised gear, since printed items can't be returned or exchanged.

Club Shops & Team Orders

How do club shop orders work?

Club shop gear that needs a logo usually isn't sitting in the warehouse ready to go. We take an ex-stock garment and add your club logo in-house once your order comes through. Like personalisation, at peak times please allow up to 10 business days.

Can I order kit for my whole club or team?

Yes, that's a big part of what we do, from full custom playing kit to managed club shops and bulk teamwear. Email sales@footballcentral.co.nz or ask in store and we'll point you to the right person.

Ordering on behalf of a school or club?

We've got you covered. Feel free to email us with your requirements and we'll return a no-obligation itemised quote for your consideration.
