New Zealand

Football Central delivers New Zealand-wide. 

For products that are in stock, we deliver within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order. Rates are as follow:

$0 (FREE!) for all pick-up in store - as you'd expect!

$5.90 shipping for courier delivery to all addresses within the greater Wellington region (excluding rural areas). Please note this is for order values up to $149.99 NZD. 

$9.90 shipping for courier delivery to all addresses within the North Island (excluding rural areas). Please note this is for order values up to $149.99 NZD. 

$11.90 shipping for courier delivery to all addresses within the South Island (excluding rural areas). Please note this is for order values up to $149.99 NZD. 

A $5 surcharge will be applied for courier delivery to all rural areas (including Waiheke Island) across the country. Please note this is for order values up to $149.99 NZD. We use an overnight courier service, however deliveries to rural areas tend to take 2-4 longer.

$0 (FREE!) shipping for ALL orders over $150.00. This is irrespective of where you live in New Zealand. 

International

Football Central is please to offer a DHL Express, high-speed (1-4 working days) international courier service. For orders less than 2.0kg, prices are as follows:

Aussie - $30
Asia - $35
USA/Canada - $55
Europe/UK - $50

Orders more than 2.0kg will be subject to usual commerical courier rates. Please contact the store directly to obtain a quote (sales@footballcentral.co.nz).

Please note: Our charges are for shipping costs only. They do not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Purchases for shipment to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees and charges.

Football Central does not accept any responsibility for custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We will not accept orders sent back due to custom's rejection.

To obtain details regarding import fees and charges, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.

Points to note:

Please note our courier service does NOT deliver to a PO Box / Private Bag. Please always provide a physical to send your order to. 

The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times: 

  • Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock
  • Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be ordered in specially for you.
  • Items requiring special attention - such as unique name and numbers printed onto shirts.
  • Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.

    Delays in shipping

    On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Football Central. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

    Incorrect item received - if the goods you receive are not what you ordered, Football Central will re-supply the correct order freight free and will arrange return freight on the incorrect item.

    Incorrect size ordered - Football Central will exchange goods that do not fit and will supply an alternative size. If an alternative size is not available, you will be offered an alternative style in the correct size. If you do not want the alternative style you will be refunded the cost of the product only, any freight incurred will not be refunded.

    Return freight costs are your responsibility so please be sure to select sizes carefully. A refund will only be provided for items returned in original condition with labels intact and in the original packaging where applicable. PLEASE NOTE - any item that is personalised (e.g. printed name and number on shirt) is NOT refundable so again, please choose size carefully. 

    SHIPPING FAQ's

    Are all goods dispatched on the day I order?
    We try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order. However, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

    • Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched according to the time/date specified on the website.
    • Credit/debit card checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which might delay your order. This could result in an additional delay of up to 36 hours. If this occurs we will inform you by email.
    • Shirt printing - Shirts requiring personalisation (for example with additional name, numbering and badges added) may take an extra 5 days before they are ready to be dispatched.

    What will happen if no one is home when my parcel is delivered?
    This will depend on the carrier. Our couriers of choice are New Zealand Couriers and PBT and they do not have the authority to leave a package without it being signed for. New Zealand Couriers and PBT should leave a card to call at your front door with instructions on how to proceed. We recommend that you specify a business address for delivery.

    What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
    If your order is marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the time frame above (see 'How long will my delivery take?'), then please contact us and we will perform a 'track & trace'.

    Undelivered items - If you don't receive your purchase, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date at which the order was placed. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders reported to us more than 30 days after the order placement date.
