RETURNS POLICY
At Football Central, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
● Deadline: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Whether the size isn't right, the color doesn't suit you, or you've simply changed
your mind, you can return your item for a refund or exchange.
● Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number, is
required to process your return.
● Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and
must include original packaging and shop tags.
Exclusions:
● Personalized Items: Unfortunately, products with added personalizations cannot
be returned or exchanged.
Refunds and Exchanges:
● Full-Price Items: Items bought at normal retail price can be returned for an
exchange, repair, or refund.
● Sale Items: Products purchased at a sale price are not eligible for refunds but
can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Faulty Items:
● If your item is faulty, not of acceptable quality or not as described, we will accept
it for return within 90 days of purchase. We will repair, refund, or exchange the
item, provided you can supply the original receipt, order number, or other proof of
purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Football Central may choose to return the item to the manufacturer for analysis. Football Central reserves the right not to offer a refund, repair or exchange where the fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

MAIL OR COURIER BACK TO US
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. You need to pay for the return on your item. This cost is not refundable. Mail or courier your clean, unused product together to Football Central:

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTIFICATIONS
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed and, in the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
