RETURNS POLICY

Your order should reach you in perfect condition, but if you are not happy with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange as long as the following conditions are met. 

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Our return deadline is 30 days from purchase. So if you got the wrong size, hate the colour, or just plain changed your mind, you can return your item for refund or exchange.

INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, for example, your order number.

CLEAN & UNUSED
Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and must include original packaging and shop tags.

NOT PERSONALISED

Unfortunately all products with personalisation added are not able to be returned or exchanged. 

NOT PURCHASED ON SALE

Unfortunately all products purchased at a sale price cannot be refunded, but are eligible for exchange or store credit.

MAIL OR COURIER BACK TO US
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. You need to pay for the return on your item. This cost is not refundable. Mail or courier your clean, unused product together with a RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM to Football Central:

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTIFICATIONS

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved, your refund/exchange will be processed and, in the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCLUSIONS

PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED ITEMS
We cannot accept customised or personalised items for refund or exchange - this includes any items with name and/or number printing added.

COURIER FEES
We do not refund courier fees.

SALE ITEMS
We do not refund sale or discounted items. However, these are eligible for exchange or store credit.

REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose or not as described, we will accept it for return and repair, refund or exchange it for another item within 90 days after sale as long as you are able to provide the original receipt, order number or other proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Football Central may choose to return the item to the manufacturer for analysis. Football Central reserves the right not to offer a refund, repair or exchange where the fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
