Our Black Friday Sale is available both online and in-store! You can shop the deals from the comfort of your home or visit us in person at our retail store: Unit 1/3 Raiha Street, Elsdon, Porirua 5022.
How long will the sale go on for?
Our Black Friday sale will go from Friday 22nd November til Monday 2nd December.
How long will shipping take?
Due to the heavy demand, we've made sure we have all hands on deck. We will ensure we have your order out to you within 3-5 business days (This excludes items which require personalisation/branding. Please allow 10 business days for the turnaround of branded garments). All Club Shop orders require branding as well, so please allow 5-10 days for dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and patience during our biggest sale of the year. Note: Orders over $200 will be eligible for FREE SHIPPING.
What happens if I buy something and it is out of stock?
We strive to keep our stock levels accurate, especially during big sales like this one. However, with the high volume of online orders and in-store walk-ins at our retail store, there may be rare instances where an item you purchased is out of stock/oversold.
If this does happen, don't worry — our customer care team will contact you promptly with a resolution. This may include options like a refund or suggesting an alternative product. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as we work hard to manage both our online and in-store inventory during this busy time.
What is your return policy during the Black Friday sale?
All orders during this time are non refundable. There are also strictly no returns on personalised items. You can however return products for an exchange or store credit. If for any reason you are unsure on sizing or have any hesitation before buying, we encourage you to check out the size guide on the product page or reach out to our team for assistance. We will do our best to respond to you swiftly.
Can I change my order before it's dispatched if I ordered the wrong item or size?
Our team will be working quickly to process orders, so we recommend double-checking all details before placing your order. Due to the high volume of orders and communications, we're unable to guarantee changes once your order is placed.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I fix it before my order is dispatched?
If you've made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@footballcentral.co.nzor call us on (04) 801 6767. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address for you, but please act quickly, as this isn't always possible depending on the status of the order.
I made a mistake with the items in my order. Can I change them?
If you've ordered the wrong items, the best solution is to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct items. Since we process orders quickly, we may not be able to change or swap items once an order is confirmed.
